How this site was measured
Against WCAG 2.1 AA, by a script with an exit code, on every page, before it was published.
What was measured
Every page on this site was run through an automated WCAG 2.1 AA check at a narrow and a wide viewport before publication, and the run is kept with the site's source. A failing row blocks publication. An automated check is not a full audit: nobody has yet read this site with a screen reader end to end, and that is stated rather than assumed.
What the site does
One heading at the top level, landmarks for the header, the navigation, the main content and the footer, and a skip link as the first focusable element. Every photograph carries a description of what is in it. Every control is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus ring. Text sits at or above 4.5 to 1 against its ground, and the large display type at or above 3 to 1, including where it sits over a photograph. Touch targets are 44 pixels or larger. The page renders complete without its one script, which only brings each section into view; with a reduced-motion preference set, every element appears in its final state at once and nothing moves.
What it does not do
It has no video, no audio, no form and no live region, so it makes no claim about those.
Reporting a fault
The house has no inbox of its own yet. A fault report goes back to whoever sent you the link, and it reaches us. Name the page, the assistive technology and what happened, and a person will reproduce it and answer in writing.
